Future Hair Artists Academy – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for booking your child's place with Future Hair Artists Academy at Pretty Perfect Salon & Training Academy.

By making a booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A place is only confirmed once payment (or the required deposit where applicable) has been received.
  • All course fees must be paid in full before the programme begins unless otherwise agreed.
  • Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

2. Attendance

  • Please arrive on time for every session.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot extend sessions if a child arrives late.
  • If your child is unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot always be rescheduled due to limited class sizes.

3. Cancellations

  • Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the course starts will receive a refund, minus any non-refundable booking fee or deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
  • If Future Hair Artists Academy has to cancel a class, parents will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Child Collection

  • Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session.
  • Please inform us if someone different will be collecting your child.
  • Children will only be released to the authorised parent, guardian or nominated adult.

5. Behaviour

We aim to create a fun, safe and respectful learning environment.

We ask that every child:

  • Treat staff, other children and equipment with respect.
  • Follow all salon health and safety instructions.
  • Listen to trainers during demonstrations.
  • Behave in a way that allows everyone to enjoy the session.

If a child's behaviour is consistently disruptive or unsafe, we reserve the right to remove them from the programme without a refund.

6. Health & Medical Information

  • Parents must advise us of any medical conditions, allergies or additional support needs before the course begins.
  • Any emergency contact details must be kept up to date.

7. Clothing

  • Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for practical activities.
  • Closed-toe shoes must be worn.
  • Aprons will be provided where required.

8. Photographs & Videos

Throughout the programme we may take photographs or videos for social media, marketing and promotional purposes.

Permission will only be given where parental consent has been provided. If you do not wish your child to appear in photographs or videos, please let us know before the programme starts.

9. Personal Belongings

Future Hair Artists Academy cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings.

10. Health & Safety

Children must follow all salon safety rules at all times.

Only age-appropriate professional equipment will be used under the direct supervision of qualified trainers.

11. Live Model Sessions

Some courses include a live model session during the final week.

Parents are responsible for arranging a suitable model where requested. Full guidance will be provided before the session.

12. Course Content

Course content may occasionally be adapted to suit the ability of the group or for health and safety reasons.

13. Liability

Every reasonable care is taken to provide a safe learning environment. However, participation is at the parent's own risk, and Pretty Perfect Salon & Training Academy accepts no responsibility for injury or loss unless caused by negligence.
